NFL Predictions: NFC East

1st. Eagles 12-4

I was more confident in the Eagles this year until they signed Michael Vick. They need McNabb to start every game and not have to worry about losing many snaps to Vick. If used smartly, they will be very tough to beat. They have it all. A strong defense and now some receivers for Donovan to work with. Westbrook got some help behind him with rookie McCoy and DeSean Jackson is a year older and ready to break out.

2nd. Cowboys 10-6

Dallas will bounce back from their disappointing season a year ago. Losing T.O. will not hinder the offense as much as one would think. They have a great tight end in Witten, and just need one receiver to step up, hopefully Roy Williams. The running back depth is incredible with Barber and Felix Jones, and the defense will be very aggressive and dangerous. Romo will be as sharp as ever and get them to at least 10 wins.

3rd. Giants 9-7

This will end up being a very frustrating year for the G-Men. Eli will struggle without any number one receivers and will have to rely on the running game with Jacobs and Bradshaw. Luckily, they have one of the leagues best defenses so they will be able to compete week in and week out. But in the tough NFC East, they will only manage 9 wins.

4th. Redskins 7-9

With a healthy Haynesworth, Washington's defense could be very good. Too bad the offense will struggle to put up many points all year. Campbell is still unproven to be a star quarterback, and he does not have many targets to throw to. They can not count on Santana Moss as their go to guy. And in this tough division, they will only get to 7-9.
