1st. Steelers 11-5
Pittsburgh will once again take the division with relative ease. Especially with an easier schedule, 11 wins will be capable even without playing great football. Big Ben will struggle at times, but I believe the running game will help him out more than last year. And there is no way the defense tops or even matches how they performed a year ago.
2nd. Ravens 10-6
Once again, Baltimore's defense will carry them to 10 wins. Flacco needs to try and make more big plays if they want to compete with the Steelers. They need a running back to step up, and it won't be McGahee, so Ray Rice is the key to this team's success.
3rd. Bengals 6-10
Carson Palmer's return will make this team very competitive. If everything goes perfectly, I could see them reaching 8-9 wins, but in Cincinnati, nothing ever does. 4 games against the Steeler and Raven defense will be a big test. The running game will be weak with Benson at the helm, but Ochocinco looks good to go and Chris Henry is due for a breakout year.
4th. Browns 4-12
If Cleveland can name a starting QB and stick with him for the year, than they will be much better off this year. No team can compete with a carousel of quarterbacks all year. Even so, this team will be lucky to win more than 4 games. Jamal Lewis is too old to run effectively and Edwards has hands like bricks, so nothing looks bright for this squad.
